Outstanding service

The purchase of my first investment property was more than just daunting. To have to buy 3 houses with 8 apartments that were already occupied by tenants was a tall order enough. Jeff did his level best to be the buyer/seller agent throughout the process for both parties. Unfortunately, the lender we were utilizing ended up being an even greater challenge to deal with than we expected. The lender persistently seemed to present new conditions to be met, changing closing dates and other underwriter conditions that complicated everyone's life. Needless to say, that lender will not be on our list of preferred providers/lenders again. I doubt that even Jeff's experience could have anticipated how many litigators would be involved in the closing process through Vollertson, Britt & Gorsline's firm. There had to be at least 5 or more by the end of the process since there was one for each of two separate lenders (after the first one declined to fund the entire deal as we initially thought they would). This one will definitely be one for the books from many perspectives I think.
